Reskinning the Spy from TF2

So, I know how to reskin the Spy's body, however- how do I reskin his head? I mean, I downloaded a hexed model of the TF2 Spy with intentions to reskin it a bit but I did not find the head texture files in the materials folder. Any ideas? Advices?

Grab it from the GCF.
