What i want to ask is only this:How to. I'm trying to import .p3d in oxygen2 and export to 3ds max....but I always got "can't open binarized p3d".....how to fix this error....
Don't bother, even if you'll succeed in porting anything, Bohemia people will get straight on you and tell you to just stop.
AFAIK it's illegal to port ArmA II stuff since Bohemia do stuff for the military

But I thought i can import the sample files...........it means i can.

But if you get them and port them to a different engine you cannot distribute them. Bohemia is very protective of the assets or anything that goes trough their tools, mostly because they create an alternative version using similar assets and tools for the military. VBSP2 to be precise.
