if anyone has the time, can anyone please make me a personal skin + Playermodel please?

the stuff for the skin i would like are

FBI Agents bt LtCommander [url]http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=88404[/url]

a retexture to be a white suit and tie seen here:

(except the stripes, the tie can be just grey and no coat handkerchief or pocket)

(obviously no sandals and no belt)

(only make the hat white and put a black band were the one is on this hat and have about the same thickness
