Hey guys, I made a custom skin of the ct_sas.vtf guy from Counter strike. I saved it as the same name as the original. I put it in the same file path and replaced the original in the cstrike directory. How can I get this to work in Gmod? And yes, I recreated the file path and put it in the garrysmod folder; no dice :(
What are the exact locations of your custom ct_sas.vtf for GMod and CStrike?
garrysmod or cstrike/materials/models/player/ct_sas.vtf
garrysmod or cstrike/materials/models/player/[B]ct_sas[/B]/ct_sas.vtf
Checked the GCF for the original path. Looks like ya skipped a folder.
Just add that extra folder and it should work fine.
