--DISCLAIMER!-- Sadly, I am UNABLE to pay you. I am only 13 years old, but i'm trying to get a head start on my DREAM of being an animator. I'm looking for VOLUNTEERS! and don't worry, the things I have you do WILL NOT be too huge. That's what mappers are for ;) Ok, so here's the deal. I'm currently scripting an animated series known as "WRP" or "World of Roleplay." In this series, Jacoby a server owner, and his two friends, Connor, and Austin, (Me!) have to defend their server from many threats. Such as, Power-Hungry Ex-Admins, Phantom Clones of Austin, and even SPACE ALIENS! and I need help. See, I have NO idea how to model or skin. So I need someone to make models for me. They won't be too huge. maybe stuff like Wanted Posters, Custom Game Boxes. and Weaponry. You can contact me through Skype for more info... (GN Austin) -GN Austin
Sorry, no pay no deal. You're better off learning modeling and texturing yourself. I can refer you to some books if you'd like.
Sorry to say but nobody here is likely to help you, you're probably best off learning most if not all of the stuff you mentioned yourself. Also it isn't exactly easy to do stuff like this especially if you're younger and have limited prior experience.

I've tried modeling, honest. But I just can't. I'm sorry if my post was dumb... Keep trying, even if what you make isn't the best looking thing out there, or isn't great looking, just keep doing it. In reality everyone has to start somewhere and even if you make something that isn't exactly that great looking, it's better than giving up and flat out never improving.

Yeah, keep trying. You will improve over time - it's a process. I suggest Blender for you - it's free, fully-featured, and has a very helpful community. Take a look at places like Blender Cookie and Blender Guru, they have nice tutorials. You'll need to make a free account on the site to get this tut, but I highly suggest starting here.
