How to put models in Cinema 4d?

That PSK file format is NOT compatible for Cinema 4D. You need to use a format which works with that. Examples are C4D (its main file format), FBX, OBJ, 3DS, DAE and a few others.

Best thing to do now is to find a program that supports PSK 3D model viewers/editors and export the model.

I did a quick googly search and its up to you now to find a program that supports PSK :
