If you have TeamViewer, add me. I'll try to give you a hand over TeamViewer.
Also, use Hooch's version instead. Works a hell of a lot better than Cannonfodder's version.
ok what is your teamviewer or how do we do this....if you want i can add you on skype[QUOTE=Katra804;37951196]If you have TeamViewer, add me. I'll try to give you a hand over TeamViewer.

I meant add me on Steam, lol. Probably should've specified that. You can find a link to my profile under my avatar.
Are you setting your directories right?
Do you have hl2 and ep2 installed?

You don't need HL2 or HL2 Episode 2 installed. Just as long as the Source SDK is installed, the decompiling programs should work regardless.

Yeah, the decompiling programs such as the one that Cannonfodder made (or the fixed version that Hooch made as well) work fine without HL2 or HL2 Episode 2. The only thing that's really needed is just the Source SDK itself.

You should still be able to click on the "Add Friend" option. You might need to log in through your browser for it to appear.

I already accepted the invite. Now you need to get on Steam, lol.
I got the same problem, it happens with various models. I have no idea how to fix it. The program is unstable :s
The decompiler is fine as long as you remember a few important things
a) observe IDST values
b) if it's a post L4d model decompile with an older version which doesn't decompile flexes (still crashes but decompiles)
c) if it's a post AS model make the vertex files

If your issue is the same as KHM3dia's, make sure you have "Dump Old Unweighted SMD's" and "Do not fix rotations on animations" ticked. It should work fine if you have those ticked.
this is an odd way but it works
1. select the model
2. select output
3. select the model again and click the arrow click the folder again and re select it
4. do the same for the output
