People care about Sleeping Dogs models, just nobody I know has been able to rip from it properly which means no models. Looks like you suffer from the same fate.
I want to get watch dogs when it comes out from what i see there doing a great job

Once you find the texture of the model you're looking for, look at the name of the .bmp. Since I ripped from SA2B, sonic's model should be somewhere around the "mesh0008.rip" range.

Ripping from Sleeping Dogs seems possible: http://gtaiv-skins.blogspot.com/2013/03/gta-4-modsleeping-dogs-wei-shen.html I wish ninja ripper worked a little better on this one.

For most games it does

I actually do appreciate your work. Been looking for some asian style vehicles, Maybe I'm going to try to remap some of those once I get back.from vacation

These would be great for a few maps set in places like modern China and the like.
Even beside the vehicles, if you ever found a way to get the right textures/UV coordinates, having the ability to get the characters out would be fantastic, even if you didn't want to do them. Male 05 only goes so far when populating a scene.

I would like to help, but I already said that me and many others haven't been able to rip properly from Sleeping Dogs. It just plain doesn't load for me.
That was ripped with 3D Ripper DX, which is quite a lot shittier than ninja ripper and doesn't rip in t-pose.
Wait, how exactly does that work anyway? I'm trying 3DRipperDX, but it just crashes. I've noticed the creator is yelling that it only supports DX 9 stuff, etc etc. Did that guy force the game to run in DirectX 9 mode? Is there even a way to do that? I've poked around in the config files but found nothing.
I dont think a big fat ass was correct to say the model was ripped with 3DRipperX. I could be wrong though and if there is a way to force dx11 games to run in dx9, I would be very interested to hear it.
Well, I heard that for some games you can just put "-dx9" in the startup options, but it doesn't seem to work. You can also edit the DX level in a config.ini file, but SD doesn't have that option in there. Oh well, I guess I'll have to stick with stupid NinjaRipper that destroys UV maps and can't rip torsos.

Try SwiftShader; it will force the game to dx9 but will slow down preformance in the game, plus adds an annoying logo on the side.
don't use tools to rip the models.you have to rip them manually by yourself with hex editor .but it will be a hell but its the only way.

well i guess this is the end of this thread.
That's out of the question. Square Enix heavily encrypts their files.
well i guess this is the end of this thread.
Not really, we still have NR, however crappy is it is.
