• "Face error" in finished Diana model from LoL

I decided to make my first model for Gmod. I chose Diana from League of Legends. I followed this tutorial, step by step, from a member of this forum: [url]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FkY60trlyYI[/url] Everything worked, the model was ingame, but... look at this: [IMG]http://i.imgur.com/CpJQGwm.png[/IMG] The face is sucked inside the head, also the chest. I dont know what could have happened... Im so desperate, spent 2 days to make this and looks horrible :(. Please help me, ¿what could have been the mistake for this? FIXED: It was a weight problem, the face was attached to the spine bones, so that fixed it. Thank you. PD: If someone did Kennen (or his skins), Akali (or his skins), Riven (or his skins). Please send me a link, I wont share or anything, just for personal enjoyment.
Can you get a close-up of the face? I can't really tell from this photo what's going on. Also, are you using face flexs/shape keys? Also, make sure her face isn't weighted anywhere other than the head. Even the littlest piece of weighting on the face that isn't the head bone can cause serious distortions.
It was absolutely a weight problem, I fixed it thanks to you :D. [IMG]http://i.imgur.com/GoeJWF9.jpg[/IMG] Also I have a problem with annother model (A Karate Kennen one) and did everything the same as Diana's model, but ingame I cant see the textures.
