does anyone know where i can get THE ACTUAL phx 3 pack?

Stick it in a SVN program like tortoise, or download Tezzanators' newest version of his SVN updater (might be buggy, it's in beta), [url=http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=872559]here[/url].
i have tortoise svn, but how do i "stick it" to that?

make new folder right click it should be somethen in there named tortois svn and where it says to put the link put it in there turtois will do the rest (sry not the best at describing things
