Custom Facemap Issue

I'm making a custom facemap for male_06. But it turns out like this:

I've unchecked Clamp S and T on the vtf. This is really bugging me. What's going on?

It was a conflict with another set of models using the facemap. I installed the texture to those, and the model I was working on. It solved it.
