3DVIA Printscreen won't function

I am new & I did not know where to post my problem so please don't get upset.

Anyway, My 3dvia printscreen won't work when I press the hotkey. I am trying to get models off of PCSX2. I am using Vista 32-Bit.

PS - Please don't suggest 3d ripper dx. I also cannot seem to get OGLE+GLIntercept to work.

if its vista ya on it won't work even with 3vidia, Especially with pcsx2 if it was a pc game it would work fine hope that helps.

Never mind. I got it working. The problem is that i cant convert my files with KoichiSenada's Xml converter Because i keep getting runtime errors.
