He's still holding his hand in a fist. This can be done with a really simple vmt edit. And it's been done before a fuckload of times. Did you at least hex it?

Good job, but If you bind a key to "ent_fire !picker setbodygroup 1" and press that key while looking at Gman [NPC or Ragdoll] his briefcase disappears.

Very nice. And change "A gman without he's briefcase" to "A GMan without his briefcase" I'm not trying to be an asshole :)

I remeber a couple a years ago when someone tried to make a Gman with no briefcase, and had trouble comiling it. At least I think that was the problem.

You can also get this by using the model minipulator in game.

i did it sidracer but there are this loading error and the ragdoll get invisible =\ console says : error loading lawer_male.mld but i don't have this mdl =S must have other models in gmod for this gmanwithoutbriefcase works? =S thanks for suport :D

Sorry, I have to say this with the shot gun in his hand he looks a little like James Bond. :) Which is cool.

I think Evilzombie did G-Man with both hands, not just the skinning trick.

Valve has even done this before. Just head over to the map in Ep2 where you fight hords of ant lions and noclip to Black Mesa. Matter of fact The Gman of Ep2 doesn't have the briefcase at all. You just can't Advance dupe him because it will pull the one with the briefcase instead.

This is useless, you removed the most important part and left only the superfluous aftertaste of the character. I demand the briefcase separated from his g-man ONLY, take down the dyslexic fleshipoid, it is one of the mighty briefcase's detractors.

I'm having a problem with mine too. When i spawn it it shows up invisible. please try to fix this.I know i posted twice but nobody is helping

Where I extract the model and material folders?

in the Garry's Mod folder,duh.

I don't know if anyone else had this problem but I downloaded it and he's completely invisible. Also, can someone make this into a NPC? It would be really useful if it works.
