Hi all! I have been trying edit the 'Materials' for a model that someone gave me over skype, (Phase 2 Clone Trooper btw) They wanted 501st looking model so I converted to .TGA's and edited all that stuff. My problem is that I can't seem to get the model to display the new Materials, it just displays the disgusting Black and Purple checkers. I couldn't find any solutions to this so any help would be nice!! Just so you know what I have done to the model / materials already. Converted .VTF to .TGA an edited. (Renamed) Converted back to .VTF placed in a new file directory. Decompiled model with Crowbar. Edited file names. Edited .QC file with new directories etc, what I believe you would usually do to a .QC file. Compiled and replaced old models. Made new lua document to pick up the Model. Put in Garry's Mod addons file directory, always ending up with the same missing textures. Thank You! ~Cavalry Killer
