Anybody have those texture, which is like the border of a TV?
It's dark at the edges, and gradually became more transparent at the centre.
For some reason I just can't find them on the net

What you're looking for is called a vignette.

Here is a really simple sample vignette I put together for you, it's 1024 x 1024 and has no detail work.

Right-click and save-as, if you want to use it. It has transparency.
