These are NOT playermodels. These are all ragdolls.

Anya: has two models, one with the size she had in game, and another scaled up to match the other characters
Normal gear: AKA Kim with 2 different helmets selectable via bodygroups
Officer: AKA Marcus with 3 different helmets selectable via bodygroups
