Help with Weight Paint.

I'm almost done making a ragdoll of Garry's mod but I have one problem, i'm terrible at weight painting. I have probably spend a whole day trying to make it work but the best I could do is this:

Weighting characters in general takes the piss mainly because of how annoyingly time consuming it is. The idea is easy to understand but applying it takes a while. I doubt youll find anyone who will do it for free :/

Ya that's true :\ maybe I can find some good tutorials.
