Most of it is part of the map, so you'd have to decompile the map and export it as a model with Propper.

I want be sure for map decomplie i need VMEX and BSPSource?

Bspsource is probably the best for hl2 maps, while VMEX is better for hlsource stuff.
Try both out and see which one you like best.
