Half-Life 2 Leak Citadel

I am looking for one of the HL2 Leak Citadel variations, ported to retail. Specifically, this one:

The model is called CitadelFar.mdl.

I tried decompiling this with crowbar and I got nothing. Only an unfinished qc.

There's a pack of every leak-unique model already ported on the workshop somewhere, can't be fucked looking for it though. I know that model is in there though
