I haven't seen this anywhere so far and I think its a good idea!
I don't recall who, but I heard somebody is trying to make a Jade replacement for Alyx in Half Life 2 (which basically means someone can hex it and it can be used in Gmod).

If i'm not mistaken it's impossible to get anything out of the game. You'd have to recreate it. I tried for about a month to get a single texture and could only get sound files or something. It's hard to remember since it was from 2009 but i don't believe i was able to get any of the actual graphic files cept some sounds with the 5 different extractors floating around. Yea don't quote me on this though as it's been a long time however i would think if i could of gotten some of the textures out i would of used them, being i was attempting to remake some of the bg&e levels long time ago haha. I do have the jade model (I'm the person who wanted to Throw the valve skeleton on her and make her a lyx replacement). But to be honest I kinda forgot about it.
I kinda did some rescaling on it to fit into hl2 more and then left it standing. Might still finish it one day, but who knows.

I wish you would finish the model. I noticed more people are interested on that.

Good idea, I have already pm him and asked him if he wants to sent me the link of his work, so I can post it on the first comment and somebody else do it (if he is bored to do it)
I played the HD version, it was such a nice game.
So many characters made for Garry's Mod...Cant be missing Jade and Pey’j. At least Jade if not Pey'j
