into an npc with civilian animations?
I'm afraid if you post a tutorial I'll get waaay too confused, so could you just please make it and upload it to garrysmod.org ?

If your using cakescript just put the model path into animations.lua...
Not possible unless someone re-rigs the female Pyro model.
