I am in need of a Deagle model with a Sight (Red Dot Sight, Scope ect) that is made for looking down although I don't want one which doesn't line up like this one which I found on FPSBannana

It doesn't line up, this model dosen't need to be in great detail, it just needs a sight that works without a specially made SWEP or anything. I suppose that it'd have to be moved downwards thats ok.

It's for an AWP skin, however.
Well aslong as it works without it's own SWEP then yes, I guess that could work.
