[release][tab]Name:[/tab] Battlefield 2 SU-34 "Fullback" and SU-25TM(SU-39) "Frogfoot" [tab]Includes:[/tab] Includes two Plane [B]ragdolls[/B] with bodygroups for landing gear, and on the Frogfoot extra bodygroup for wingtip airbrakes. [tab]Credits:[/tab] DICE, Nirrti/Ilwrath. [tab]Download:[/tab][url=http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=120219][img]http://www.garrysmod.org/img/?t=dll&id=120219[/img][/url][/release] Because of the way Gmod spawns ragdolls rotated 90 degrees backwards you might have to face a wall when spawning the planes, so that the rudder/elevator flaps won't get stuck underground. All of the flaps (Aileron, Rudder, Elevator (and in SU-34 canards) are ragdolled and thus posable. If anybody wants to make a non-MEC skins for them, feel free, and I'll update the pack with skingroups. Who's awesome? [I]You're[/I] awesome, that's who. :allears:
Astonishing work as always Ilwrath!
They look kinda cartoony... can I see a profile view of the aircraft? It's like they're too short - squashed like those cliched car cartoons. I'm sure they're not, but these camera angles make them sorta look like that, the Frogfoot especially.

I just had a play around with these; they're awesome :D
This site needs more BF2 vehicle ports.
Having some Battlefield 2 tanks would be amazing.
I cant remember the last time I've seen a Battlefield 2 port.
Reminds me of the good ol' days of me sucking at flying jets in BF2. Nice work.
Hey, Ilwrath. You can't wait until I'll be beck at porting? :P Awesome, but they look kinda blocky (especially frogfoot engines). If You are using 3ds MAX, You probably attached all parts of the models, and that made them blocky. And what do You mean by "ragdolls"? And don't steal my projects D: Anyway, It's very good models. Better than HAWX ones. BTW: How did You make that transparent glasses with reflections? :o

If there was more space than 850^3 metres, I'd make them fly. But I think nobody wants to turn 90 degrees every 2 seconds. [editline]14th April 2011[/editline] If you need more BF2 vehicles (Helicopters only) check this out! :D (shameless self-advertising) [url]http://www.facepunch.com/threads/985744-WAC-Little-Bird-Helicopter[/url] [editline]14th April 2011[/editline] Tanks would be awesome though, I'd do them.
We need some BFP4F love. I tried to port something from Play4Free and failed. :(
Brilliant work. I loved flying these things in BF2.. Hated the AA system though.
Awesome, I just finished watching Behind Enemy Lines too, of course I'm in the mood for some military posing!
Now I will look at the models in-game. MEC 4ever!!! Do You plan to port more models? Because I suck at porting vehicles. (ragdolls too)
can you add the missiles, bombs and rocket pods? it would also be nice for an A-10 (from the midnight sun pack) there arent any good A-10 models that I've seen in GMOD. the F-18 and the F-15 would be amazing to for dog fight posing.
