Hey guys how you doing? got this a while ago and since then also purchased Bones Pro which made my life a whole lot easier and i managed to fully rig the generic model from battlefield 3 up to my standards. This is probably my 2nd or 3rd attempt @ fully rigging a character, so criticism will be appreciated.

For what version of 3Ds Max is that .max file? I believe it's for 2011 and above because I use 2010.

There is something strange with the thumbs, can't move 'em.
the whole body geometry is so fucked up its unbelievable, I still dont understand why they decided to more or less bind the fingers together. I have no idea why you cant move them. Try switching to Xray vision or selecting the bones through names panel.

Better to not trust to those utilities as Bones Pro even if they are not fee, imo.
I god used to rig thorugh basic tools in 3Ds Max, that's just my experience, and wanted to say that it is better.

The belt is also a bit corrupted, one of the rear pouch vertexes is skinned to an arm.
How do i rig with Bones Pro???

Yeah, it would be great if you rig some more models. And please, could you release a version where a soldier is not a single mesh?
