Will Pay for Rigging the Following Fallout models

Hello, recently, a friend of mine ported some models from fallout for me, I'd appreciate it(and will pay) for somebody to rig them and add animations so that it can be used suitably in a roleplay server.

at first glance the model has bones (in the 3d viewport) hence they are already rigged...

Well in that case be more specific and mention that you want it to be rerigged to the valve biped.
