I downloaded a skin for Dr.Breen from Garrysmod.org that was supposed to make him look like his beta form The Consul, however it won't work. It just made Dr.Breen's model an error. (or to be more specific, a purple checkerboard all over the model.) Not to mention that when I see other players use his model they're normally invisible.
I deleted the Beta Breen folder, but he still shows up as an error and I think the download has overwritten his old files.
How do I get Breen's old skin from HL2 back?
Did you delete the entire skin?

Right-click Gmod in Steam Games window > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache
Bear in mind this will also revert any other skins that have replaced default ones. Back up the ones you want to keep.
