I don't think it's possible to get Xbox One models yet.
Like Puls3wave stated, ripping/extracting content from XBone games isn't exactly possible yet, so I doubt that anyone actually has Sgt. Johnson's model from H2A that isn't just a recreation of some sort.

You don't seem to be understanding what was said, friend. The content from Halo 2 Anniversary [I]cannot[/I] be ripped at this time, so using Johnson's head model from H2A is [I]not[/I] possible for the time being. You might be able to pull off using his Reach head (I recall him being in Reach, but I may be wrong) with the H4 Marine body, but that's about the best you'll be able to do.
There's also the bit where the cutscenes were pre-rendered FMV.
