I was wondering if someone might be able to help out with this. I've got the bump files for the Ghostbusters models from the 2009 game, but I need to turn them into normals. Is this possible? I've noticed that the original DDS file (from the converted TEX File) has an Alpha layer that's off when I open in Photoshop. Loading it up, it looks like this...

Anyone able to help me out? I want to use the characters in XPS, which i think only ever really shines with the standard blue looking normals. Here's the original dds file... the alpha is the green channel. the red is the red channel. you could just fill the blue channel with full value. that should do it.
