Fucking Ogf2smd Refuses to Work

I've made a thread about this before but I could still never get it to work.

In case you're unfamiliar, "Ogf2smd" converts .ogfs (stalker's model format) to .smd.

Here is an image of my unpacked folder:

And here is what happens when I run "ogf2smd.exe":

I have absolutely no idea what it is I'm doing wrong. I followed a tutorial to the letter and the exact same thing happened. The only thing I can think of is that the tutorial referred to "ogf2smd.exe" as a .bat, rather than an .exe.

this is written in file description:
"Please, run ...release\ogf2smd.bat for convert template animated OGF file to SMD file"

there isnt any ogf2smd.bat but there is smd.bat
so you need to edit smd.bat and replace "hud.ogf" with your model name (something like "model.ogf")
model needs to be in same directory as ogf2smd and smd.bat file. SMD will be dumped in SMD directory.

That's worked an absolute treat. All this time I thought it was the program that was at fault when it was me being a moron :v:
