Gentlemen, is there any possibility to port the ragdolls and weapons from the Unreal Tournament 1999 to Garry's mod? I saw ports from UT 3 and UT 2004... and i think this is possible to get that from UT99.
If you suddenly need the files from game - i have them.
So waiting for answers. =)
Well it's simple. But the bigger question is uh why? Most of the stuff is horribly horribly horribly low res by today's standards.

Possible? Yes. I believe the tools used for UE2 and UE3 will work on UE1 assets.
Worthwhile? Not really. It would be so incredibly low-res that you'd have to redo everything to make it decent-looking - thus, the only effort porting saves is matching dimensions properly. I suppose, if you were trying to do a Half-Life: Source mod, it might be worthwhile, but otherwise forget it.
I know they are very low-res, but i found Quake 2 and Quake 1 models for Gmod... they are low-res too.
If it would be possible - I would myself ported, only what tools are needed for this. And i'll need some help with rigging ragdolls and resizing.

Wait a second. Deus Ex runs on the same engine if I remember correctly. Can any of it's stuff be ported?

Deus Ex 2 - no

a 3d package with a PSK or md5 importer (3dsmax, blender, others?)
source sdk
No need to rig anything but rename finger bone names as they'll export rigged.
