Can Somebody Help Me?

I'm somewhat new to Modelling, and I need help getting these Hexed and Ported Portal 2 props.

Can somebody with some experience open it up and Tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Note: Yes, I am using RapidShare and I apologize in advance for using such a crappy site. Mediafire currently isn't working for me at the moment.
And also yes, I'm new to Facepunch too!

Edit: I have tried XVI32 and multiple equivalents of it, but they never ended well.
