After the excitement of Portal 2's wondrous release I've really wanted a Portal Gun replacement for my Physics gun! There was just one problem... Every single upload of a replacement that I found was outdated and never worked for me. (Not to mention they did not contain world model replacements.)
I don't care if the models are ripped straight from Portal, it would just be nice to have both a view model and a world model...
Of the outdated replacements that I found, it appeared that some of them (which didn't have textures) had a weird animation. After firing the physgun the viewmodel would practically disappear from the screen, or get wedged into the corner. Not sure if this was just because they were outdated or if it was because it was ripped from Portal and used Portal animations. Nonetheless, it would be nice to have a fixed and up-to-date version of one of these replacements.
