• Problem with a Compiled model

EDIT: Just noticed, when I compiled the model, GUIStudioMDL didn't make the materials for the model. Is this the problem? If so, could anyone tell me how to fix it? Earlier today, I tried to make a headhack model of Gordon Freeman on Kleiner's body. When I finished compiling it, the .mdl spawns an invisible ragdoll. I compiled using GUIStudioMDL I used this tutorial: http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=534654 Here it is in 3ds Max 7: Here is it when I spawn it: Picking it up: In the console: Could anyone help me with this?
Show us the .vmts.
VMT's are not important, looks like you messed something up with the phy model, or a massive error in the qc. better show us the complete QC.
When you copy/pasted from the model directory, did you put it in the exact same directory for garrysmod? Eg, ep2/models/modelname/model.mdl should be put in garrysmod/models/modelname/model.mdl. Did you also copy every file named that (the vvds, the phy)? There should be 6.
