I need all 4 of the Vault Hunters
1-2 of the Claptraps
and a few lance / bandit models.

You don't need to use 3D Ripper DX on a game that runs on UE3. Just go download [url=http://www.gildor.org/en/projects/umodel#files]Umodel[/url] (there's also a [url=http://www.gildor.org/smf/index.php/topic,330.0.html]GUI[/url] version, which I would recommend, but you need the core Umodel files for it to run) so you can extract the models from the UPK archives.
You also need [url=http://www.gildor.org/projects/unactorx]ActorXImporter[/url] for 3DS Max (I hope you have 3DS Max) so you can import the PSK files (static/skeletal meshes) that you extract with Umodel. You should be able to extract any character model and their textures, along with the entire skeletal system intact and weighted properly. All you have to do from there is assign textures and create a phys model for the ragdoll.
I had a Lilith model compiled for Gmod but the flexes were totally fucked and I still had work to do on the phong shading, but unfortunately the hard drive the files were on died. I could export all this shit for you but you have to be willing to do all the porting yourself. I can't port ragdolls anyway.

sadly i don't have the money for 3ds max so i use blender.i'll see about umodel though,im a noob at porting ragdolls and stuff but im learning so......may take a while :/
Some guy I know says if I can find a ragdoll maker he will give them the smd for borderlands ragdolls.

That was one I extracted and made ready to be finished off. It just needs a physics model and a QC with all the proper flexes then it should be ready to compile in to Source.
If you read my previous post I said I could get other models if you wanted. I just want your word so I don't extract a bunch of shit for no reason.

ok,so i compiled it and stuff but it's not done yet but almost done(and with the help of nubblecakes i might compile more characters for gmod.
