turning a ragdoll in to a model player help

I recently downloaded some models off [url]http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=84869[/url] and they are only a ragdoll can some turn it to a player model is there any easy way to make a lua i dont know how to make one or make the code to make a rag doll in to a player model.
