• Custom Helmet Texture Needed for Machinima

Howdy all, I have been directing a collaborative feature-length Half-Life 2 machinima film for several months now, but it is still in its infancy. One of the things we have been working on is a customized helmet to replace the standard Combine helmet. Here it is: I really need someone to make a texture file for it. I can email the UV mapping as well as the model to them if they are willing to work on this. This helmet model is heavily based on the gasmasks of the antagonists of Manafest's music video "Fire in the Kitchen." Below are a few screenshots from said video for reference for what I am looking for: If you are willing to make a texture for this helmet, you will get a credit in the machinima (called The Delta Vector), which will release in ten-minute episodic segments as we finish them. Feel free to ask any questions you might have.
Are the people wearing that mask women? Because the pictures of the people wearing them look incredibly stupid, mainly because of the skinny/thin bodies and the huge & tall helmet. Don't get me wrong though, the helmet looks awesome, and I applaud you for making it - and I hope a custom texture will be made for it.
Yes, the guards in the video were played by women - don't ask me why. Our film will include the standard Combine soldiers with said helmet, so they won't look stupid. And I (Captain Nerdy) didn't make the helmet. That was my buddy Josh (I believe his username on here is Renth).
I'd probably ask rusty to do something like this. I can go ahead and ask around.
Thanks for doing that! Please let me know how that turns out.
