Where can I find the HEV texture?

I'm looking for the HEV suit's detailed texture you see in HL2. However, it appears that source 2007 only has a crappy simplified version of it. Does anyone know where I can find the original texture?

The textures are the same, just put the Texture detail to Very High or use mat_picmip -1. The texture for the HEV Suit is in materials/models/HEVSuit
