Can someone port Claude from gta 3

Wouldn't it also be possible, for his outfit atleast, to get the model of his clothes out of GTA IV?
The jacket isn't the same but its similar.

Just the head would need to be changed, and I guess someone could play around with the jacket aswell.
And I'm assuming GTA IV models can be ported because it has been done in the past.
Why not get Fidox's HD Claude Remake? It is completely edited and remodelled from the 2001 model, but it still feels true to the character.
