Character Modelling Commission (Paying, 2 models, relatively simple)

I'd like the models to be for Source, as I'm using them for an SFM project. I am willing to pay for the creation of these.

It's of two models, one of which will be extremely basic. Here they are:

1. I want some kind of generic, dark grey silhouette figure. Usual human size, just grey. Completely grey. No ears or clothes or anything. Finger posing would be awesome. Only real facial feature is a sinister looking grin on his face, like pictured below:

I have tried the google and stuff, but I didn't really find what I was looking for.

2. Second one is still relatively simple for a character model. I'm looking for your average kind of IT student kind of character. Normal proportions, not overweight or anything, just your average dude. Clothes are a pair of black trousers and a white polo t-shirt. He also wears a black tie and black trainer shoes.

He has white hair with a sort of rough hairstyle, like this but white:

Also blue eyes.

Hence the use of "relatively". They're not simple, but not as hard as the types of models commissions usually ask for.
