Looks horribly low-quality, unless the model viewer is causing that and it looks better in game.
Did you seriously use MSPaint to edit the coat? Cause atleast you could've given them a lick of the color tool in PS?

The reskin is pretty nice tbh, I have tested it ingame and I confirm it, the main problem is that the model is not very pretty.
