Are there any Gorilla models/ragdolls out there?

No. They were supposedly planning on having them included, but that may have just been a rumor while the game was still in development.
There are literally no decent 'realistic' 3d gorillas in video games besides the zombified astronaut one in Black Ops' mini gamemode, Dead Ops.

The only other alternative I can think of is King Kong from that Peter Jackson movie game.

The trolls from Skyrim are pretty close... except they're kinda spiky and have three eyes.

Those are horrible textures
Nothing but a little photoshop wont fix
