Parts of model too bright

I decided to pick back up on this, but when I start gmod this issue comes up, it's especially bad on construct. Is there anyway to fix this?

open up the .vmt's for the textures in Notepad or VTFEdit

Thanks, It turns out the envmaps were the problem
