Well, there's not much to say. Looks like you simply pasted a texture over the clothes, without leaving any occlusion, folds or anything. Looks rather bland.

Well, beta isn't an excuse if all you've done is copy-pasted a texture. I don't really get why such things need a beta, anyway. I can understand if someone's working on a huge project and want to showcase the progress. Not to be a dick, but yours couldn't have taken more than a few minutes. I'd suggest posting your stuff in the WIP thread instead.

An hour is a very short time for skinning, people usually take days.
But keep trying and listen to what people say (if it isn't just "this sucks" which is not constructive, hint hint guys) to improve.

For example, everything is too low resolution. The pattern should be much smaller and the that name/image combo is strangely resized too, I think you should start from beginning with much higher res base materials.
