How to convert .DDS to >TGA

Can i get some info how to convert .dds files to .tga please?

If you use GIMP, you can install a .dds plugin which you can open .dds files. And export them to .tga

I just use Photoshop. Haven't really had any issues with converting .DDS files over to .TGA with it, so I'd recommend it if you have it.
