Partly yes, but I agree every kind of model, I can edit them for my game. I don't put it them it as it is

You're still going to run into copyright issues, even if you edit them.
Best is to either get stuff with a public domain license or something, or make your own.
Model them yourself, find an artist to model them for you or try [url]http://opengameart.org/[/url].
