as it stands the Ur-Dragon and Grigori models uploaded to the workshop I ripped using ninjaripper, and still i'm not impressed with the results now than I did before....
so I ask how to access the .mod files from the game itself... but t can't figure out how people use ARCTOOL to not only access textures but the .mod files themselves, and i'd rather have models with original weights than models I had to add my own skeleton and weights
so any advice on this?
There's supposedly a script on Xentax for DD's .mod format but I haven't been able to find it.
Here's a script that supposedly works with DD .mod files and other MT Frameworks stuff, so try it and see if it works.

thank you for this, this will prove useful, but one issue remains, and it has to do with where do I go within the extracted ARC files to find the .mod files? what I mean by that is if I wanted to get the Ur-Dragon I would go to the folder in enemy and in the extracted arc em5801 (and this can be said for ems800 that contains Grigori the main Dragon in the game) but where in em5801 would I go to get the .mod file? I apologize for not being clear enough before :(

I did some digging with ARCTOOL to see the textures of the monsters and this is a list of the beasts I wish to have .mods of, the rest I shall do with the MT_FrameWork maxscript to extract the models themselves
so I will await when help is received, but I do appreciate what has been presented so far (the maxscript that is) and I feel bad to resorting to this, but what needs to be done needs to be done.... bye for now
