i had just buy photoshop elements 8 and when i to put a vtf plug-in and some other plug-ins into it the plug-ins does not work ( they don't show up in the program)
What is the problem???
the plugins are for photoshop. Not PS elements.
Get the gimp and the accompanying plugins or convert them to tga with vtfedit
Photoshop Elements has pretty much nothing to do with the real Photoshop so no, the plugins will not work.
oh! i just found out that there is to to "photoshop elements 8-folders" in the adobe folder now the plugins works!!!

I always use VTFedit to create my vtfs... I hated messing with those plugins
