Paying for a model

I know people usually give a lot of hate for stuff like this but might as well give it a shot.
What I want may seem childish but is pretty funny and is a good idea so please consider.

I want to make a Trouble in Terrorist Town item called "Sticky Goo" that is a sticky white substance stuck on your index, middle, and thumb fingers that when used your character will start wiping his hands on whatever it is in front of him. I came here because I want the model done, I'll do the lua part later for Garry's Mod. I would like a view model and world model of course of with it just in his hand and when he wipes it in front of him.
