D.C.S:KA-50 ka-50 model RAW FILE REALEASE

here is the raw file of dcs:bc ka-50 model,it is .rip files and .dds files.i used ninjaripper to rip this model,however i cannot sort of the model and convert it to the max file because i have not got the right version of 3dsmax .so could someone help me to convert the model to .3ds or obj file? will be appreciate it.thanks.
