hope I'm in the right category for my 2d texturing/modeling problem.
My problem is how to make branch textures for my 3d model tree in "Blender 3D". I want the trees look like these from HL2, CSS because there are quite simple and ''low poly''.

Open the tree models up in the Source SDK model viewer and study them. I believe the branches are just cylindrical hexagons at seemingly arbitrary lengths and angles.
y i know that but i have the texturing Problem. How i make my own branch texture für the branches.
